What is the Tallant recruitment process?The Tallant recruitment process involves understanding your specific needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and conducting thorough interviews. We ensure that the selected candidates are a perfect fit for your business requirements, providing ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

How long does it take?We maintain a large database of qualified candidates that can generally be called on at short notice for most roles. In most cases we'll have you and your VA up and running within a couple of weeks. There are certain situations, where high levels of specialisation are required, where this may take a little longer.

Do I interview my own candidates?You can absolutely be involved in the hiring process from the start if you wish to be. We can conduct interviews over Zoom or Google meet and the client can be involved in every step of the hiring process.

What qualifications and experience do candidates have?All of our candidates are university graduates. What skills and qualifications they have comes down purely to what your requirements are for your virtual assistant.

What are the working hours for my VA?We can provide staff that work whatever hours you need them to, regardless of timezones. Typically, our VAs work a standard 40-hour week, but we can accommodate different schedules based on your requirements.
