How recruitment works

How long does it take?


We maintain a large database of qualified candidates that can generally be called on at short notice for most roles. In most cases we'll have you and your VA up and running within a couple of weeks. There are certain situations, where high levels of specialisation are required, where this may take a little longer.




Do I interview my own candidates?


You can absolutely be involved in the hiring process from the start if you wish to be. We can conduct interviews over Zoom or Google meet and the client can be involved in every step of the hiring process.




What qualifications and experience do candidates have?


All of our candidates are university graduates. What skills and qualifications they have comes down purely to what your requirements are for your virtual assistant.

How training works


Training is conducted by you with support from Tallant. Our on-site management team will make sure that your VA has everything they need set up to do a great job for you. We're available to support you at every step of the process.




Working hours


We are able to work with you to provide staff that work whatever hours you need them to. Timezones are no barrier. That said, they work a standard 40 hour week.




Your VA's working environment


Our offices in Cebu are super-modern and located within the Cebu IT park. Your VA has a comfortable, well-appointed work station in a bright and fun office with super fast internet connectivity and all the latest technology at their fingertips.




On the ground management


Our experienced management team is there to support both you and your VA. If anything comes up your account manager will be right onto it and will work with the local operations to team to resolve any problems.
