We maintain a large database of qualified candidates that can generally be called on at short notice for most roles. In most cases we'll have you and your VA up and running within a couple of weeks. There are certain situations, where high levels of specialisation are required, where this may take a little longer.

You can absolutely be involved in the hiring process from the start if you wish to be. We can conduct interviews over Zoom or Google meet and the client can be involved in every step of the hiring process.

Training is conducted by you with support from Tallant. Our on-site management team will make sure that your VA has everything they need set up to do a great job for you. We're available to support you at every step of the process.

We can provide staff that work whatever hours you need them to, regardless of timezones. Typically, our VAs work a standard 40-hour week, but we can accommodate different schedules based on your requirements.
